Earlier today I had lunch with a very old friend of mine , basically I think she’s the first person to talk to me in secondary school she as I remember correctly asked me “is that your real hair, are you mixed?” See inschool we used to cut our hair , a mandatory thing. Coming to think of it I blame that school for my slow hair growth right now. So as I was saying I have really soft curly hair and she asked me that question shamelessly and we’ve been friends ever since , almost 9 to 10 years now I think . She’s been with me through all the Swahili speaking and noise making punishment good lord coming to think of it we were very troublesome back in school. We’ve cleaned toilets and bathrooms and kneeled down COUNTLESSLY Greatest times , Greatest.
I haven’t seen her for almost a year and the fact that we live 10 -20 minutes away is just crazy. Anyways, today she took me for lunch since she couldn’t attend my birthday dinner and I’m still full from the meal we had. Java has really nice oh such big potion meals I recommend the Pork Ribs and the Mushroom Chicken for anyone who has never tried it before.
I just wanted to share its a great feeling when you meet old friends and that friends are important people in your lives. Treasure them and choose them wisely.
